Beyond the guest-facing side of hospitality, a lot of meaningful work happens behind the scenes at Ivy Group, particularly around sustainability and community engagement. This year, several staff-led initiatives have taken shape across our properties, reflecting a shared commitment to responsible growth.

On the sustainability side, teams have introduced measures such as reducing single-use plastics, optimizing energy usage in back-of-house operations, and sourcing more ingredients locally for our restaurants, cutting down on transportation impact while supporting regional producers.

Community engagement has also been a focus, with staff participating in local clean-up events, supporting educational programs for young people in the region, and partnering with nearby organizations on seasonal charity drives.
