Ivy Group began as a collection of individually established hotels and restaurants across Baku and Gabala that, over time, came together under one shared identity. Rather than starting as a single corporate hotel brand and expanding outward, our network grew from the ground up, with each property developing its own character, location, and loyal guest base before joining what would become Ivy Group.

Today, the network includes Ivy Garden Hotel, Alba Hotel & Spa, and Metro City Hotel in Baku, alongside Gabala Karvansaray Hotel in the scenic foothills of the Caucasus Mountains. Monte Napoleon Hotel and Ammar Grand Hotel have also joined the group and are currently preparing their own dedicated websites. Beyond our hotels, the network includes several in-house restaurants such as Berry, Green Garden, Vitamin, Alba Terrace, Miras, Khalcha, and Ipekyol, as well as Bihter Baku, a standalone restaurant that operates independently of any hotel property.

Guests staying at Ivy Garden Hotel encounter a very different atmosphere than those visiting Gabala Karvansaray Hotel, and that is intentional.
