ivy group hotel mission service

Our mission is to give every guest a consistently well-cared-for stay across Ivy Group properties, supporting each hotel and restaurant with shared standards and genuine 24-hour service while respecting the individual character that makes it worth visiting.

Ivy Group's mission is straightforward: make sure every guest who chooses one of our properties, whether a hotel in Baku or a mountain retreat in Gabala, receives a stay that reflects genuine care and attention, not just a room and a key. This means supporting Ivy Garden Hotel, Alba Hotel & Spa, Metro City Hotel, and Gabala Karvansaray Hotel, along with Monte Napoleon Hotel and Ammar Grand Hotel as they prepare their own websites, with the resources and standards needed to deliver that experience consistently.

On a practical level, this mission plays out through the daily work of each property's front desk, housekeeping, and culinary teams. Every hotel operates a 24-hour front desk so guests are never left waiting for help, whether that means a late-night check-in, a lost key card, or a simple question about the local area. This is not a policy we treat as optional; it is a baseline expectation for every property under the Ivy Group name.

Dining is a core part of this mission as well. Every hotel maintains at least one in-house restaurant, from Berry and Green Garden at Ivy Garden Hotel to Khalcha and Ipekyol at Gabala Karvansaray Hotel, and each restaurant is expected to develop its own genuine culinary identity rather than following a generic hotel-kitchen template. Bihter Baku, our standalone restaurant, extends this same commitment to guests who are not staying at any of our hotels but still want a memorable dining experience in Baku.

We also see our mission extending to the moments guests plan around, not just the nights they spend with us. Several properties support weddings, conferences, and private celebrations, and our teams work directly with hosts to shape menus, coordinate logistics, and adapt venues to the scale of the occasion, whether that is an intimate terrace ceremony or a banquet for over a hundred guests.

Communication is part of how we carry out this mission every day. Guests should never struggle to be understood because of the language they speak, which is why our properties and this website operate in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian, with WhatsApp and phone support available directly through each hotel. This is not an added convenience; it is central to how we define good service across the network.

We measure our mission by whether guests leave a property feeling that their stay was handled with genuine attention, not by how large the network becomes. Every hotel and restaurant that joins Ivy Group is expected to carry this same responsibility toward its guests, and every decision we make about how the network operates is judged against whether it supports that goal.

Finally, our mission is carried out entirely by people based in Azerbaijan, working within the communities our properties are part of. We are not applying an imported hospitality formula from elsewhere; we are building on local knowledge of what makes Baku, Gabala, and the surrounding regions genuinely worth visiting, and using that knowledge to guide how each property under Ivy Group operates day to day.

Please be patient while we process your request.
